Our emphasis is more towards a meditative approach and spiritual aspect of yoga.

Times & days of classes:

The classes run throughout the year as courses, for eg: Beginners, Progressive Beginners, Intermediate, Progressive Intermediate and Advanced and Kriya Tantra.


Evening Classes:

Monday: 17:45 - 19:15 pm - Beginners & Progressive Beginners

Tuesday: 17:45 - 19:15 pm - Intermediate & Progressive Intermediate

A regular systematic series of Kriya yoga classes for Intermediate and Advanced students  helping to integrate Kriya into your daily life and to challenge those already practicing Kriya. It is advisable for students to have already perfected Hatha Yoga (purification) and certain parts of Raja Yoga (Maharishi Patanjali’s 8 limbs of Yoga) before enrolling. 

Morning classes:

Wednesday: 10:00 - 11:30 am - Beginners, Progressive Beginners & Intermediate

Friday: 9:00 - 10:30 am - Beginners, Progressive Beginners & Intermediate & Progressive               Intermediate

The School will be closed on Public Holidays and School Holidays

* The school is closed for the whole of December, reopens  middle of January and the date will be announced; as Swami Kamalavidya is in India with her students

  • Registration Membership Fee R 250.00 (once off fee)

* PAYMENT FOR CLASSES TO BE MADE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH.

Please note that pro-rata fees are reserved for new students who enrol during the month.

*  NO concessions are made for classes paid for but not availed of, and there are no refunds.  Students can make up their missed lessons during the month.

* If you are not attending a class regularly, please phone to check there are places.
